Any office that desires to be a member of the Florida Gulf Coast MLS must have a branch office registered with DBPR/FREC. Use DBPR Form RE 8 available on: www.myfloridalicense.com 100% of the licenses there are FGC (Rapattoni) MLS Members. Once we acknowledge that, we can sign up licensees at that location.
